The President takes the lead in casting a corporate vision for expanding God’s Kingdom in the Allegheny West Conference. He provides leadership for the Executive Committee to effectively govern all of the Allegheny West Conference ministries. He provides supervisory oversight for all Pastors. Pastor  Russell serves on numerous boards and comes along side of the pastors and churches in assisting them in reaching their communites for Christ.
